The agreement is for services from November 1 through April 15 of each year for 3 years. All work is to be done on the Lowry Campus. Work includes streets, parking lots, fire lanes, and as needed walk ways on a 157 acre campus as indicated on the attached Lowry Campus Map (Attachment F). The various parking areas on campus must be cleared of snow by Contractor when the accumulation of snow is 3" or more and must be cleared by 7:00 AM.
