All Contractors planning to submit Proposals are invited to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 3:00 PM on April 10th, 2024. Meet at Grandview Elementary School - 1583 Grand Ave, Windsor CO 80550. We will travel to Skyview Elementary - 1000 Stone Mountain Dr., Windsor CO 80550 - after seeing Grandview. This will provide an opportunity for Contractors to gain an understanding of the scope of work and the requirements of the project. This is an important step in the bidding process and will allow Contractors to submit competitive and accurate proposals.
