03-2023 - Section 108 Loan Consultant - Construction Management & Administrative Services

The City of Boulder is requesting proposals from qualified Consultant firms to provide Construction Management & Grant Administration Services, to be performed in conjunction with the implementation of the CDBG Section 108 Loan in compliance with all applicable federal requirements. The consultant will perform all construction management and grant administrative functions through project close-out. The City will provide administrative oversight and review of all work performed by the consultant, and final approval of all expenditures related to the project and Section 108 Loan.
