IFB-KS-19098 - Roof Replacements and On-Call Repairs

This bid has two different components. One is for Roof Repair & Replacement and the other is On-Call
Roof Repair. The on-call services will be on an as needed and/or emergency basis for a contract  period of one year with an option of four 1-year renewals.
1. The City of Longmont is seeking bids from qualified roof construction companies for the replacement and repairs of various roofs at City facilities. The awarded contractor(s) shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, services, facilities, and appurtenances which are indicated or reasonably implied by the Drawings, or as specified, or that are required for the work described in the Contract Documents.
2. In addition to the specified projects, this contract will include roof repairs on an as needed and/or
emergency basis. Although reasonable notice to Contractor is preferred, there may be some occasions
that require immediate action. The Contractor will provide all equipment necessary to perform the repairs in an acceptable manner and in accordance with all Federal, State and City laws and procedures.

The City understands that contractors have different specialties and may therefore award the EPDM and asphalt replacements to separate contractors. Contractors are encouraged to bid on all or part of the Bid Schedule items.
