Renewable resources for this Request for Proposal (RFP) are those renewable resources which meet the definition contained in the Colorado Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) requirements pursuant to § 40-2-124 (1)(a)(VII), C.R.S. and 4 CCR 723-3:3652 (aa)and any potential combination of renewable resources that include storage options.
