Bids and questions shall be filed electronically via: www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado prior to the date and time specified above. Please submit your documents as a single pdf file in your firm’s name. 30 pages maximum, front/back minimum #12 font size. Late bids will not be accepted. Retain one copy for your records.
Return the completed Statement of Residency Form with Bid.
Include, with bid, a representative list of 5 current or former contracts for similar services. With each reference, include contact name, address, telephone number, and a general description of the work performed.
Selected Bidder must have or obtain a current City Business License.
Selected Bidder must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) upon award.
The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state and federal taxes.
The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept any portion of the bid or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the City of Durango.
