The City of Loveland (City) requests proposals from qualified and experienced technology companies (referred to as “Respondents” henceforth) who can provide the City a Recreation Management Software. The software must be a software as a service (SaaS) solution with an emphasis on providing residents an engaging, modern, seamless, and user-friendly experience in all their interactions with the City Parks and Recreation Department. The software must be innovative, robust, and intuitive for City staff while automating as many manual processes as possible and creating operational efficiencies.
The project consists of acquiring, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive software-as-a-service (SaaS) Recreation Management solution. The solution must offer software updates with no downtime and at no additional cost.
