Event Note

Suppliers planning to submit proposals are strongly encouraged to be represented at a pre-proposal site visit meeting for this RFP. The optional site visit for this project will occur on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 9:00 am (MDT). This visit will give suppliers a chance to conduct an on-site assessment of current system including current infrastructure, equipment, and coverage.

Any costs associated with attending this site visit shall be the full responsibility of the Supplier. Additionally, to limit group sizes Supplier attendees should be limited to only staff necessary to bid on the project. Questions regarding walk through should be emailed to Jon Babcock jon.babcock@uwyo.edu.

The optional site visit will begin at the UW Transit Complex Facility at 9:00am (MDT).
