The District is soliciting the services of qualified firms for a purchasing card program for the term beginning September 1, 2019 and ending August 31, 2020. The District reserves the right to renew and extend the executed agreement(s) pertaining to all prices, terms, conditions, and specifications upon mutual agreement between the District and the selected bidder(s) for up to four additional one year periods, for a total five year agreement term.

Current annual spend for the program is approximately $12.3 million.
