Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from newspapers, qualified under Colorado Revised Statute (C.R.S.) 24-70-103, for the provision of the publishing of the County’s privately and publicly funded legal notices, on an as-needed basis, for the period of one (1) year, beginning approximately January 1, 2024 to and including December 31, 2024. Douglas County reserves the right to enter into a contract with multiple newspapers for separate components of the County’s publishing needs but not others (less than all).
This IFB will encompass all legal notices, to include but not be limited to, general legal notices for procurement solicitations, Budget/Finance/Payroll related publications, combined notices of sale and right to cure and redeem for the Public Trustee, and the publication of delinquent tax notices for the Treasurer’s Office. All notices submitted by Douglas County must reflect the awarded contract pricing.
