Pricing is to be submitted online, entered into BidNet. There will be no public bid opening. Manufacturer/distibutor quotes and spec sheets are welcome as supporting documentation.

Warranty: Supplier warrants all equipment and materials provided, against defects and nonconformances in design, materials and workmanship/workwomanship for a period of twelve (12) months beginning with delivery. Upon receipt of written notice from City of any such defect or nonconformances, the affected item or part thereof shall be redesigned, repaired or replaced by Supplier in a manner and at a time acceptable to City.
Delivery: Delivery is to 700 Wood Street, Fort Collins, CO, F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, and shall be included in the bid pricing.
