PACSM - Platte and Colorado Simulation Model

Denver Water is requesting information from individuals and vendors interested in providing consulting services on Denver Water’s current water allocation planning model, known as the Platte and Colorado Simulation Model (PACSM). The awarded individual or vendor (“Consultant”) will do a review of the current system, give recommendations on improvements, suggest if there is a better solution that is more closely aligned with Denver Water’s needs, or suggest if Denver Water shall continue with the current system.
