The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective respondents (“Respondent”) to submit a proposal to provide an on-premise PBX phone system, installation, training and support to the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado (“Town”). This project will include design, implementation and administration of the new PBX and will include interconnection of this system to the Town’s existing data network. The RFP provides Respondents with the relevant operational, performance, application, and architectural requirements of the service.
