The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative services for its Brighton Recreation Center Gym Expansion project. The Project is located at 555 N. 11th Ave Brighton, CO 80601. The Project shall consist of the construction of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of an auxiliary gym, office space, and fitness facility space. The City envisions the new construction to be of high quality and to provide a useful service life of 50 years or longer.
