The El Paso County (hereinafter “County”) is seeking proposals from experienced local real estate brokers/firms to assist in buying and or selling real property and land required to meet the needs of the County. It is the intent of this RFP to have successful firm(s) enter into a professional services contract with the County to supply on-call real estate services as outlined herein. The County is seeking one year Real Estate Broker Service agreement with four (4) - one year renewal options. This will be an on-call contract and the County does not guarantee the volume of the services needed.
