Description

The City and County of Denver desires to solicit proposals relating to on-call landscape architecture planning, design and related services. The work will typically consist of (but is not limited to) assessment, planning, design, preparation of planning and construction documents, and construction observation services related to parks and park facilities. NOTE: After contracts are awarded under this RFP, the City intends to issue a separate on-call landscape architecture design and related services RFP for certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) consultants; that separate RFP will only be open to certified SBE consultants and their teams. SBE certified firms leading multidiscipline teams will have the opportunity to submit a proposal for the separate pool of on-call firms that will be utilized for similar types of projects.
