Additional Bidding Instructions

This is a qualifications-based selection and price will not be evaluated. The price sheet shall be provided as a separate document, independent of the technical proposal. This submitted price will ONLY be reviewed by City staff after a selection is made and will be used in the contract negotiation process.
Only after failing to agree on a fair and reasonable price may negotiations be conducted with the next most qualified offeror. Then, if necessary, negotiations with successive offerors in descending order may be conducted until contract award can be made to the offeror whose price the City believes is fair and reasonable.
