202262441 - On-Call Co-Sourcing Services for DEN Internal Audit

This request is for a competitive procurement to select a vendor to provide professional services for the Internal Audit Department at Denver International Airport (DEN). The professional services provided will cover the following scope:

1. To provide an External Quality Assessment of DEN Internal Audit for the conformance with the Institute of Internal Auditor’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Code of Ethics, to include:
   1. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of DEN Internal Audit work
   2. Identify opportunities to enhance the DEN Internal Audit activity’s management of resources and work processes
   3. Evaluate Internal Audit’s organizational structure and resources
   4. Examine auditing techniques and methodologies for testing systems of control
   5. Assess the Internal Audit’s internal Quality Assessment process and the provision of consulting services
   6. Identify ways to enhance policies and practices as well as coordination with the external auditors
2. Perform other on-call co-sourcing assurance and consultative services such as business and financial process analysis, reconciliations, operational, compliance and IT reviews, investigations and other engagements requested by DEN Management.
