The CWDC is requesting a vendor to provide grant management for smaller nonprofits who do not have the capacity to do so themselves. Additionally, the vendor will provide training and coaching to enhance the ability of workforce-centric nonprofits to access government grants for those organizations which have capacity but no institutional knowledge. These deliverables will be accessible and advertised to non-governmental organizations throughout Colorado, and will be improved upon throughout the duration of the funding. At a minimum, these deliverables should serve smaller nonprofits serving rural communities, and organizations that focus efforts on underserved workforce populations, such as new Americans, individuals with disabilities, individuals with some college and no degrees (comebackers), the formerly incarcerated, those impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, and Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) organizations.
