RFP Purpose and Scope of Work:
A. Englewood Schools seeks a company that can procure equipment for the
locations mentioned above.
B. The wireless access points should be similar to the Cisco CW9166i-MR or
better. The access points will be put in place of existing units to utilize existing
CAT6 wiring.

C. Preference will be afforded to the vendor who provides a comprehensive,
integrated, cost effective solution for current specs that also considers future
capacity expansion/integration, and ongoing service and support. Respondents
should include in their proposals the benefits that their systems will provide,
including, but not limited to, increased efficiencies, as well as new technical
capabilities not provided in our current system. The winning bidder will be
expected to work directly with Englewood Schools Technology department staff.
Englewood Schools’ goal is to establish a relationship with a single point of
contact for all support necessary for the project.
The work proposed in these specifications is contingent upon
receipt of E- Rate Funding for Category 2 Services FY2024 -
Erate Funding Year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025
