NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit shall be held on Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Garfield County Public Health Mountain View Building located at 2014 Blake Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The purpose of this conference and site visit is to give perspective offerors a forum to meet with Garfield County and design personnel in order to ask questions to better prepare their respective Bids.
Offerors are cautioned that in no event shall failure to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this solicitation or to resolve ambiguous or inconsistent terms or conditions of this solicitation or proposed contract constitute grounds for a claim of any kind after contract award.
