The City of Arvada(City) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the complete asbestos abatement, building demolition, and cleanup of the City-owned “Marshall Property” located at 5035 and 5045 Marshall Street, Arvada, CO
The Marshall Property consists of:
• 5045 Marshall Street: Asbestos Abatement and Demolition of House and Garage
• 5035 Marshall Street: Asbestos Abatement and Demolition of CMU Block Shed
Bidders, subcontractors and suppliers must be familiar with the current City of Arvada Engineering Code of Standards
and Specifications for the Design and Construction of Public Improvements, which will be combined with the Bid
Documents to form the Contract Documents for the Project. Includes: Pre-demolition Asbestos Abatement Services, Demolition, Permits, Salvage/Recycling/Repurposing, Asbestos/Hazardous Abatement, Underground Utility Locating Services, Quaility Assurance accornding to the Scope of work.
