MANDATORY SITE VISIT: A Mandatory Site Visit will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Silver Creek High School, 4901 Nelson Rd., Longmont, CO 80503; continuing to Longmont Estates Elementary, 1601 Northwestern Rd., Longmont, CO 80503; and Rocky Mountain Elementary, 800 East Fifth Ave., Longmont, CO 80501. The Respondent and any/all of the Respondent’s Subcontractor(s) are required to attend this site visit in order to become familiar with the specifications and site conditions. The Respondent is required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a proposal response. It is recommended that Respondents plan on approximately 2 hours to complete the site visits. No additional scheduled site visits will be available for this project.
