MINES24046 - MINES24046 Digital Asset Management Solution

Mines is seeking a qualified firm (“Contractor” or “firm”) to provide a digital asset management solution (“Solution”) primarily for the Mines Communication and Marketing and Admissions departments.

Mines Communication and Marketing and Admissions departments will be the primary users/admin users for the Solution. However, the Mines Foundation will also require full admin-level access to the Solution.  The Foundation (https://weare.mines.edu) is a private organization that works to raise and manage funds and donations for the Colorado School of Mines.  In addition to Mines personnel, all Mines departments as well as students will be able to download assets for use.
