   A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE is being held to familiarize vendors with the scope of work and to ask clarifying questions.  The meeting will be held Thursday, April 12 at 12:00 p.m. at 200 W. Oak Street, in the “Boyd Loveland Conference Room” (located on the first floor) Fort Collins, CO 80521.
   
  Please be sure you have reviewed the entire Request for Proposal prior to this pre-proposal meeting. 
   
  Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting.
