All interested and qualified parties should submit their proposals to:

Proposals are due by April 5th, 2024, and should be dropped off in person or mailed to the above address. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Contracts will be awarded by April 15th, 2024.  If you would like to walk the properties, please contact Lisa Gallinar Regional Manager at 303-651-8581 or lisa.gallinar@longmontcolorado.gov.

Proposals should include the following to be considered:

1. Cover letter with the following:

1. Owner’s name, company name, address, phone, fax, website, email.
2. Description of company size, number of employees, company history, and areas of expertise.
3. Description of how your company will contribute to the high standard of service described above.

2. Proof of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Automobile Insurance.
3. List of past clients in 2023-2024 and three contacts for references.
4. Applicable licenses for proposed categories.
5. Itemized bid per location per category listed on page 5 and 8.
