B325048 - Industrial Science Building Exterior Repair

The State of Colorado, Institution of CSU, is soliciting the submittal of proposals from
qualified D/B Entities. Using a target cost-based Design/Build Lump Sum (DBLS)
Services process, CSU intends to revitalize the exterior of the Industrial Sciences Lab
Building Exterior Repair. This includes removal of existing built up asphalt roof and

antiquated mechanical equipment. Roof replacement will need to meet current CSU
Building Construction Standards as well as current building and energy codes. The
scope of this project will also include removal of all existing exterior glazing and
associated clerestory ventilation system. The reinstallation of the glazing system may
require some light gauge framing to accommodate additional height of added roof
insulation. Interested vendors should read and be familiar with all attached documents before submitting a response.
