23010 - IT and Building Network System Administration RFP

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Property Management Division of the Office of the State Court Administrator, referred to herein as “the Judicial Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a vendor for 24/7/365 Information Technology consultant support at the Ralph L. Carr Judicial Center (RCJC) located at 1300 Broadway 80203.  The RCJC is 695,000 square feet and houses multiple judicial and legal agencies as well as the Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, law library, and an educational civics learning center.  All services shall be performed in accordance with general industry accepted IT support services. The successful firm shall have significant governmental IT support service experience at the municipal level or higher.  A more detailed background and a scope of work is posted in “Exhibit A” of the draft contractor agreement set forth in Section 6.
