Description

The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (District or Metro District) in Denver, CO intends to engage a consulting engineer to provide study phase services to evaluate several HVAC fixed asset replacements and system improvements, and develop a basis of design for each facility improvement.

Based on satisfactory performance, it is anticipated the selected firm will be retained to complete detailed design and construction phase services for scope items selected to move forward. The District and selected firm will negotiate amendments to the agreement prior to commencement of work on subsequent phases.
