UNC-RFP-25-02 - Gray Hall Mechanical Systems Improvements

The University of Northern Colorado (UNC) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager /
General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Gray Hall Mechanical Systems Improvements project. Gray Hall is one
of our historic buildings on campus located between 8th and 10th Ave, near 18th St in Greeley. This project is intended
to update heating and cooling systems for Gray Hall. Shaffer Baucom Engineering & Consulting has been hired along
with their team to provide all architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering and design services for
this project. In addition to addressing the buildings heating and cooling systems, we will be adding fire sprinkler
systems, updating fire alarm systems, replacing the existing emergency generator along with the ATS, panels, UPS
for our IT server room, and all related equipment as needed for this project.
