While the conference is not mandatory, participation is highly encouraged. All vendors planning to attend the pre-bid conference must contact the issuing office via email with names of vendor representatives attending. The email must be received at least 48 hours in advance if the pre-bid conference. Metro Water Recovery is a secure facility. Security protocol will be shared with the vendors planning to attend once the RSVP email is received by the issuing office.
