19-003 - Federal Consulting Services

The El Paso County (County) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide federal consulting services for the purpose of advocating on behalf of the interests of the County. County’s reasoning for utilizing the services of a federal consultant to ensure that its voice is being heard on important legislative issues that impact the Pikes Peak region and also to be kept appraised of opportunities to secure additional funding for new and existing County services. Through the solicitation process, the County hopes to identify consultants who are uniquely qualified to provide this professional service and can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully representing and advocating for their clients’ needs. The terms “Contractor” and “Consultant” is used interchangeably for the purpose of this solicitation.
