Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) is considering upgrades to their Las Vegas Street Water Resource Recovery Facility (LVSWRRF) aeration system to replace aging infrastructure and have a reliable aeration system in place to be able to continue meeting its effluent permit limits.
UTILITIES is requesting proposals from qualified firms (CONTRACTOR) for Studies and Alternatives Analysis (SAA) to evaluate aeration system at the LVSWRRF. This project shall include, but is not limited to providing a site investigation, an alternatives analysis, recommended alternative(s), developing a performance specification for equipment/system selection, bidding and soliciting bids/proposals from equipment/system suppliers/vendors, helping select the vendor partner, and completing a conceptual design and preliminary cost estimate.
