The Town of Erie is accepting bids for the completion of a moderately sized painting project at the Erie Community Center. Areas of focus include the gym/track, back stairwell, main stairwell, and lower galleria. Railings, I-beams, underside of stairwells, underside of bridge, and the underside of the track, air ducts under track, accent pieces, and support poles all in need of paint. Railings will require removal of wood paneling and adhesives prior to painting. The scheduling portion of project is important as the majority of the project will need to occur during regularly scheduled maintenance week beginning August 26th, 2024.
