RFP-TW-2023-033 - Enterprise Content Management Solution

The St. Vrain Valley School District is wanting to replace its current document management system. We are looking for a partner to implement a full Enterprise Content Management system. While we would prefer a single platform, the optimal solution for St. Vrain may be a combination of tools under the umbrella of a single integration partner. We would also prefer a solution that is cloud-based or presented as software as a service (SaaS).

Our initial goal is to replace the current system but ultimately, we are looking to expand to managing content for all the departments and schools in St. Vrain Valley Schools. As part of implementation, data from existing document databases will need to be imported
