MINES18002 - Electronic Signature Solution

Colorado School of Mines is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide an electronic signature solution.
 
Mines currently does not have an electronic signature solution. Mines would like to use an electronic signature method for signatures on the following documents, but is not limited to:
 
-Internal school documents;
-External contract documents;
-Waivers and releases;
-Single-signor acknowledgments and documents; and,
- Other legally binding documents.
 
Mines desires an electronic signature solution that can be conducted by sending documents for signature to other parties via email or other direct contact methods.  Mines prefers the use of an electronic signature solution that is compatible with Mines’ website for obtaining signatures through links on the website.  Mines would also like an electronic signature solution that is compatible with Mines’ contract database run through ESM Solutions.
