Proposers are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting which shall take place on Wednesday February 1, 2023 at 9:30 AM MST at the Denver Mountain Parks Headquarters, 300 Union Ave, Morrison, CO 80465. Alternatively, proposers may attend virtually via https://tinyurl.com/mrya935uor by calling in at 720-388-6219, ID 839542468#. A tour of Echo Lake Lodge will take place at 13264 Chicago Creek Rd, Idaho Springs, CO 80452 immediately after the pre-proposal meeting. The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory; however, proposers will be responsible for all information provided at the meeting.
