Description

The City of Boulder Planning Department and Department of Public Works/Transportation is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) that seeks proposals from consulting teams to complete a Subcommunity Plan for the East Boulder subcommunity. The plan will describe a future vision for East Boulder that achieves citywide goals. This project is locally funded through the city’s Comprehensive Planning budget and is receiving federal funding through a Station Area Master Planning (STAMP) Grant for detailed design and planning at the 55th and Arapahoe Station Area, a key catalytic site in the East Boulder Subcommunity.
