Description

This request for proposal covers the ERate qualifying networking and telecommunications hardware annual requirements for the Cherry Creek School District.
The district will be moving existing Cisco 2802 WAPs for Secondary Schools to Elementary schools and deprecating existing Cisco 2600 and 3600 WAPS. The district will purchase new WAPs to replace the WAPS in the Secondary Schools. In addition, the district will replace existing Cisco 8500 controllers with new 9800 controllers and purchase additional wireless DNA licenses for the 2802 WAPS in the Elementary Schools.
The district will also replace aging Cisco 6509 3750 and 3825 switches and routers with new equipment.
