Aims Community College seeks a document imaging and management system which will securely interface with our ERP systems as we transition from Banner (Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Student, and Financial aid) to Workday Enterprise (HCM, Finance, Student). The new imaging system will replace Banner Document Management/Xtender and will also need to store approximately 1 million historical records from the legacy system. The implementation of the new document imaging system will follow the project timeline of the Workday Student implementation. Any proposed solution could include, but not be limited to imaging for the purpose of retrieval, workflow, retention compliance, and e-forms.
