A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on Thursday, May 3, 2018, 9:00 – 11:00 am in the Colorado Springs School District 11 Board room located at 1115 N. El Paso St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903. To tour the District 11 Data Center and a school MDF, review the proposal process and provide an overview of the project. A representative of the Offeror must attend in person for this mandatory pre-proposal conference in order to qualify for this project.
All Offerors must contact the District 11 Contracting Officer, Adrian Williams at 719-520-2129 by 3pm, Tuesday, May 1, 2018 to register for the conference. If an Offeror does not contact District 11 Contracting by 3pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 they shall be considered nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
