Description

The purpose of Request for Proposal (RFP) 2019-800-0618 is to solicit and obtain, from licensed and qualified Contractors, labor and materials for the installation of Von Duprin VON050388 26D RHR (or similar) Thumb turn locks on all push-bar doors to facilitate the locking of the door without a key or hex wrench during a security lockdown. This will be Phase 1 of the project where we will install as many thumb turn locks as possible at our elementary schools until we exhaust our $75,000 budget. Bids will be based on installation of one elementary school and the winner will be awarded all schools.
For purposes of this RFP agency, firm, contractor, proposer, provider and bidder are used interchangeably to refer to the entity that is awarded the contract as a result of this solicitation.
