The Colorado School of Mines seeks bids for a Distributed Acoustic Sensing Interrogator, on an “FOB Delivered and Installed” basis. The Determinant Factors in the award of this solicitation shall be the total sum of Item(s) #1-2, shown below and the other factors as outlined in the AWARD section. Prior to considering the Determinant Factors, the School of Mines may evaluate the bids received to determine bid responsiveness (including the equivalence of alternate products), bidder responsibility, and, at the School’s opinion, other relevant factors such as delivery time.
