3-2025 RFP - MAINT - Demo of 2nd Floor & Rebuild of Roof of 1st Floor of Pump House at WP Apartments

Grand Junction Housing Authority (“GJHA”) is soliciting Competitive Proposals from qualified and interested companies to provide a quote to complete the demolition of the second floor and the rebuild of the roof of the first floor of the pump house at Walnut Park Apartments located at 2236 N 17th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The pump house includes four sections: (1) The first floor that houses and protects the pump and GJHA’s irrigation supplies, (2) the second floor that is damaged and unusable, (3) the storage shed, and (4) the covered trailer parking. The roof of the pump house was installed as a shingled flat roof.  GJHA discovered that over time, the roof covering the upper level had sustained damage and has recently caved in. There are multiple leaks throughout the structure which have caused water and structural damage causing safety and reliability concerns.
