Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, Dematic Corp, exists from which to obtain the Sprocket Computerized Maintenance Management software. Dematic Corp is the sole proprietary owner and developer of the Sprocket CMMS, which has been installed and is in use in all CDOC facilities and meets our specific needs. The investment made over the past 10 years with training and implementation of the software would cause an undue financial burden and loss of time on current maintenance projects for CDOC. Dematic Corp. is the only company who can provide technical support for the Sprocket Computerizes Maintenance Management Software.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Dematic Corp is the only known source from which to purchase the Sprocket CMMS software products and support services. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, must be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
