RFP-GM-136043 - Demand Side Managment Program Design

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking contractor(s) to provide the implementation of new and expanded electric demand-side management rebates and programs during years 2018, 2019 and 2020 as more fully described below (“Services”).  The result of the Services are intended to be a joint effort between Colorado Springs Utilities and selected contractor(s).  This Statement of Work establishes the scope, roles, responsibilities, performance criteria, and acceptance criteria for the successful deployment of the new programs.  At the conclusion of this contract, the objective is to have achieved a significant expansion of cost-effective electric and gas demand side management programs.
