Description

The City of Boulder is requesting proposals from qualified Firms to develop an interpretive framework for the site that balances the site design, interpretive goals, and community inputs gathered in previous efforts. Once the interpretive framework is established, the Firm will be tasked to design, engineer, fabricate, and install interpretive elements at OSMP’s Wood Brothers property. The design/engineering phase may also support OSMP’s permitting efforts. It is anticipated that the design and engineering phase will begin immediately upon initiation of the contract and continue through mid-2024 with the final construction phase complete by late 2024 (see timeline within RFP). The selected Firm will be responsible for all aspects of design, collaboration with OSMP staff, adhering to environmental protections, quality fabrication, installation, and accurate records management. Plans and design documents developed will be used in support of official permitting and project review processes.
