PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU RESPONDED TO REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA) #012-19 FOR CORE SERVICES, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND AGAIN. THE PURPOSE OF THIS RFA IS TO CAPTURE PROVIDERS THAT WILL EXTEND SERVICES THAT HAD NOT BEEN OFFERED IN THE EARLIER RFA RESPONSES.

The Department of Human Services of Douglas County Government hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests Applications from responsible and qualified providers for the provision of evidence-based and non-evidence based therapeutic programs and services. Awards will be given to individuals or agencies that are able to demonstrate proficiency in the goal are as through family centered programming and that can attend to the detailed qualifications.
