A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on March 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM MT via a Google Meet. The Contractor may join the meeting by going to the following link: https://meet.google.com/kim-cayv-ueh?hs=122&authuser=0 or they may call in using the following phone number 1-502-547-4299 and PIN: 924 118 250#. We would also ask that you email April Cooke at amcooke@aurorak12.org in order to be added to this meeting and receive an invite for attendance purposes. This meeting is scheduled to discuss the Specifications and Scope of Work and Requirements for this RFP. A representative of the Contractor is highly recommended to attend this pre-proposal conference. No other pre-proposal conference will be scheduled.
