The City of Brighton is currently in the design phase of a new 2.0MG elevated tank. As the design is close to complete, the City if looking to short list potential contractors to construct this new tank. Scope of services include earthwork to prepare foundations of the new elevated tank, erection of the new elevated tank, installation of new pump inside the existing pump house, HVAC upgrades, and grading of the tank site. Once the City has shortlisted contractors, the City will provide the completed plans and specifications for bidding purposes. Based on preliminary scheduling, the City expects to have this drawings ready for the shortlisted firm in Quarter 4 of 2020
